The attempt of our enemy and enemies of our faith is to distract us, cause us to be so busy that time seems to slip away for the things that are important. We are forever running to keep up and it's not running the race of our faith, but the race to stay up with life's requirements, work, family, responsibilities of home and of course our walk in Christ Jesus, which I might add is the most important, but it the one less pursued. Some preachers will tell you that being a Christian is just saying a little prayer and going on with life and hope that Jesus will do the rest, He does a lot, but, He also calls us to live a life holy, set apart unto Him. Being a true Christian is truly a walk of faith and a challenge in this lawless world we live in. We are in this world not of this world we are just sojourners passing through to our eternal home. So here is the word to each of us, Ephesians 6:11-13 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. So stand brothers and sisters, stand in your faith, stand against the enemy of your soul, stand with Jesus Christ and know He is fighting with us and for us!! In Jesus Name!!! Amen
Well we made it! The LORD GOD has seen us through another year. 2025 has had good things and some bad just like every year past. But our God is the God of the past, present and future. He has been with us every step of the way. Now the new has begun, the old has completed in each of us the purpose for which God has allowed it to take shape in our lives. His goodness and mercy have followed and will continue to follow us each day, Psalm 23:6, actually all the days of my life!
Trust in God, not your own understanding! Proverbs 3:5 Trust that what He has begun in you He is able to complete, Philippians 1:6 Enter into the next season with confidence and faith that your best year is before you! God bless you with boldness and a heart to allow the light of the world to shine brightly through you to light up your world.
